We also agree not to pack the site until advised we can. I/We hereby agree to leave any hired equipment (marquee, trestle table) and my site in a clean and tidy condition on departure. I/We hereby agree to take all stall generated rubbish away with me to dispose of offsite - including all wine bottles and cardboard boxes. I/We hereby agree to taking charge of my own float/money at the festival. I/We understand that, if I am bringing my own marquee, it must be a good quality. Cheap tents from Mitre 10, Bunnings or similar will not be allowed to be erected. I/We hereby commit to attaining my own public liability insurance for the festival. I/We understand that if I choose not to attend the festival, my stallholder fee is non-refundable. I/We agree to follow the instructions of the Health & Safety Manager during pack in, at the festival and after the event. I/We understand that we may not bring any dogs or animals onto site. I/We understand that if I do not pay my stallholder fee my place will be given to someone else and I/we will not be allowed to set up at the festival.
