Not only are we very excited about the launch of our new brand, but we are also happy to announce some new faces in The Fête team. Charlotte Gardner, Blaise Davison and Flicka Davison will be working along side Lou Davison (one of the original founders) to bring you the 2013 Fête.
The girls are looking forward to bringing new ideas, experiences, inspiration, stallholders, demonstrations and much more.[wpspoiler name=”Read More” closebtn=”Close”]
Charlotte is an Interior Designer in Christchurch and her role is to help her mother Sue (one of the founding members of The Fête) to co-ordinate the many talented stallholders. Since the age of nine she has been attending The Fête – firstly as a helper picking up pinecones, then as a stallholder and more recently on the organising committee. Charlotte has only missed one Fête day…exploring the markets of Barcelona!
Blaise is really excited to be taking over the ropes from Fiz Rutherford this year (although we’re not letting her stray too far away just yet!). Blaise now lives in the Wynyard homestead with her husband Dan (son of Lou and Tim), and has been involved with helping on Fête day for the last three years.
Having studied Marketing at Otago University and worked in Event Management in London, she is looking forward to applying these skills.
Flicka is based in Sydney and has spent the last 7 years working as a Graphic Designer in Melbourne, London and Sydney.
She specialises in branding and spatial design and joins the team this year alongside her Mother, Lou in the advertising/marketing area.
Flicka has spent the last few years overseas checking out new, fresh ideas that she is excited about bringing to The Fête![/wpspoiler]
