Sweet Mason is a small new business owned and operated by Emily Eckhoff. After Emily graduated from Culinary School in New York City, she moved to San Francisco, where she met a Kiwi, fell in love and relocated to Christchurch. While in Christchurch Emily was working as a private chef, catering dinner parties and clients always asked about her clever little desserts in jars.
