CANCELLATION POLICY

Covid Cancellation Policy

While we are all hoping and certainly signs look good that by October  that Covid is not effecting our daily lives, sadly this may not be the case.

So everyone is aware of what will happen if we were unfortunately forced to cancel this year’s Fete, due to any government regulations related to Covid please read the following:

  • Your application and any money paid can be carried over to the 2023 Fete, with a guarantee of no increases in cost.
  • You can request a refund, which will be calculated as the site fee paid, less a % of any unrecoverable costs (such as advertising) by the organisers. We will be making an application to the government events fund which if accepted will pay us 90% of unrecoverable costs, so as such any refund to stallholders will be very close to the actual site fee paid.

General Cancellation Policy

  • Any Stallholder who after they have applied and been accepted for any reason is unable to attend The Fete
  • Any cancellation prior to 1st September 2022, your Site Fee will be refunded less an administration fee of $50.00.
  • Any cancellation after the 1st September 2022, will not be eligible for any refund.
  • Any stallholder who cancels after the 1st September and has for any reason no paid their Site Fee, will still be invoiced for and liable for the Site Fee.
